Youth Enlightenment Limited (Y-E-L) is a not-for-profit organisation that offers youth focused services, which was incorporated on Friday 9th March 2007.

Mission Statement:

We exist to enlighten and empower young people and to provide them with the skills, self-belief, and confidence to go beyond their boundaries and achieve success in all aspects of life.

Our Team:

The organisation is run by an Executive Management team, which includes the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Company Secretary. They are supported by a Management Committee and a Youth Advisory Board.

Y-E-L operates across London but will also facilitate the outer London regions.

Our Experience

Over the past 3 years we have worked with more than 2,500 young people across the UK. We have a particular focus on young people who are underachieving or at risk of exclusion from society, such as members of the NEET community.
